What Does it Cost?

In most cases, the general home inspection costs $400.

This cost may vary by $25-50 if there is an additional structure on the property with its own separate utility service (water, electric, HVAC) that you want us to include on the inspection report, or if the house is very old (over 100 years), very big (3,000+ square feet), or located very far away (more than 50 miles).

We also provide termite inspections!

Wood-destroying insect (WDI) diagnosis is a specialized service that requires specific licensing in the state of Ohio. It is reported on a separate, state-approved form. We offer this service for $75.
